CIMR: DIGITALIZING CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Project

As part of the launch of a new B2C offer, CIMR wanted to rely on our expertise in order to carry out a UX reflection specifically in relation to the subjects of the entry into digital relations as well as self-care.

We were able to capitalize on our past experiences and developed a mobile-first approach focused on the end-user, which was then declined into a prototype, graphic models and finally HTML models.
