What you will be doing : 

 

The scrum master organizes, plans and ensures the smooth running of the technical development, he guides and accompanies the technical team; he is first and foremost a facilitator, he guarantees the performance of the team Within a project team, your missions are the following:

-Apply and guide the project team in the proper application of the Scrum method: sprint planning, organization of daily meetings and other rituals

-Ensure the proper adoption of agile practices and help the teams to become more proficient in the methodology,

-Identify, follow and solve obstacles that block the development team and intervene in support of the tech lead

-Implement feedback to optimize continuous improvement

-Collaborate across the organization, with customers and stakeholders to identify feedback for continuous improvement of the team,

-Ensure internal communication and feedback to the team and other stakeholders

-Identify and drive opportunities to increase product quality and accelerate customer value

 

Profile required :

 

-4/5 years in computer engineering or similar

-Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position

-Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus

-Mastery of agile frameworks (Scrum, KANBAN, scaled agility...)

-Problem solving and organizational skills

-Curious and interested in emotional intelligence

-Excellent interpersonal skills
