RMA - STRATEGIC SUPPORT
For the past few years, RMA has been investing in new technologies to offer its customers a digitalized qualitative service. The insurance company is innovating once again with the digitalization of its services. The real challenge is to have a strategy of setting up platforms with uniform architectures that respond to business issues and digitalize processes oriented towards the user experience. We identify the following platforms on this device:

Assisting RMA Assurance in developing a digital strategy for business processes, launching B2C & B&B web platforms through several internal and external platforms.
The different paths have been designed to simplify the user experience and facilitate back office management.
The core of the applications implemented is under Drupal. In the continuity and maintenance of the platforms, the backend is standardized through the CMF.
The platforms has, on average, over 22,000 visitors and 100,000 open sessions per month.
